Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items within 30 days of your purchase for store credit (at BKLYN CLAY Made or BKLYN CLAY) or exchange only. There will be a restocking fee of $15 deducted from the value of your item. You are responsible for shipping in both directions; if the product is damaged on its way back to us, we will not be able to process the exchange, so please pack your items carefully and use trackable shipping.  We cannot accept returns.  To initiate an exchange, please email made@bklynclay.com

Shipping

All orders will ship in 3-5 days after the order has been placed via USPS.

Pick Up Orders

Please come to pick up your order 9am-9pm at 535 Carlton Ave. at the corner of Dean St. in Brooklyn, NY. Please wear a mask and bring a copy of your email order confirmation.
